ECCA Responds | EU Member States fail to agree on Food and Feed Safety Simplification Omnibus text

ECCA welcomes the opportunity for a more thorough discussion on the Food and Feed Safety Omnibus following the latest Council developments.

We believe the proposal must remain firmly focused on genuine simplification, legal certainty and meaningful regulatory improvements for the European crop protection sector.

We now look with attention and positive expectations to the upcoming Irish Presidency of the Council of the EU and stand ready to contribute constructively to the next phase of the discussions.
